At ergo office plus, we have a continued commitment to foster and uphold diversity, equity and inclusion for our staff, clients and community. As an Interior Design Firm, ergo office plus recognizes that we are in a position to be an industry leader that addresses the under-representation of Black, Indigenous and people of colour within the interior design profession and to continue to move forward to uphold diversity, equity and inclusion. ergo office plus deplores the biases, conscious or otherwise, that affect the paths of racialized interior designers in the industry. In conjunction with ARIDO, ergo office plus has a continued commitment to support and uphold diversity in the interior design profession in Ontario through programs such as the Intern Competencies Review System (ICRS) which provides a path into membership for internationally trained individuals and the ROI charity initiative which has restored dignity to various groups of marginalized Ontarians.
