Joe Ruscio Professional Corporation is a dynamic and growing firm, with a keen eye on progress and customer service.

When they began to outgrow their existing accommodations and decided to relocate to a larger space, we were approached to assist with the design and supply of their new furniture. 

Beginning with the reception area, they wanted to convey an inviting and clean aesthetic, while maintaining a strict focus on the functionality of the space. The staff at reception require active file storage and room to accommodate 5 staff members during peak tax season. They needed space to move around and desk space for each staff member toensure efficicency and organization.

Cavera Inc. staff department do most of their web-development work from computers, so they didn’t require much storage. This left a lot of room for computers, electronics and peripheral devices, while maintaining an open and collaborative space with minimal obstructions. The workstations are all equipped with integrated electrical and communications to avoid messy extension cords or floor monuments to trip over. The result is clean, efficient and stylish furniture.

JRPC bookkeeping staff needed to have privacy, plenty of storage and enough desk space to have room for several files at a time, along with their sit/stand monitor arms and keyboard trays. They have filing for active files within their space, with additional filing cabinets placed just outside their entrance so they have access to all of their filing close by. Once again, furniture-supplied integrated electrical and communications help to keep the workspace tidy and uncluttered, while providing up to 8 duplex receptacles per workstation to accommodate their many peripheral devices.
